Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app "FieldCue" (the "App") provided by Keiji Hirose (the "Operator"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. About the Service
The App is a single-purpose tool for finishing field-instruction photos. It straightens a skewed photo with corner-pin correction, crops it, lets you add lead-line text notes and dimension lines, and saves the result to your Camera Roll. No account, login, or personal registration is required or collected.
2. Photo Library Access
The App accesses your Photo Library through standard iOS APIs so you can import a photo you choose, and so the edited result can be saved to your Camera Roll. All photo processing happens on your device; no photo is sent to the Operator's servers. The original photo is never overwritten — the edited photo is saved to your Camera Roll as a new image.
3. Search Feature (🔍)
Text you write in a note is used to run a Google search inside the App's in-app browser only if you tap the 🔍 button shown on that note. No such request happens unless you tap it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Purchase
The App is a one-time paid download ($8.99 / ¥1,500) with no in-app purchases. Purchases are processed directly by Apple's App Store. This is not a subscription and does not recur.
5. Sending and Sharing
The App itself has no send or share feature. After saving an edited photo to your Camera Roll, send it via email, text, or any other app using iOS's standard share sheet.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Interfering with the operation of the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering
- Any other act the Operator deems inappropriate
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the App and its text, images, and design belong to the Operator or the rightful holders.
8. Disclaimer
- Dimension values in the App are entered manually; the Operator does not guarantee their accuracy.
- The App may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice.
- The Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
