Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app "Orb Forest" (Japanese title: オーブの森; the "App") provided by Keiji Hirose (the "Operator"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. The Service
The App is a puzzle game in which you drop red, green and blue orbs of light into test tubes and grow a tiny forest inside them. No account or login is required. All stages can be played for free, and the App shows ads.
2. In-App Purchase (Remove ads)
- “Remove ads” is a non-consumable (one-time) in-app purchase. It is not a subscription.
- Once purchased, the App no longer shows ads.
- Payment, billing and refunds follow Apple's rules. Please contact Apple about refunds.
- When you change devices, sign in with the same Apple ID and use “Restore Purchases” in the App.
3. Ads
To support the App, we show ads (Google AdMob). When ads are shown may change without notice. For how ad-related information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
4. Game Center
Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms.
5. Game Records
Game records and settings are stored only on your device. The Operator cannot restore records lost because the App was deleted, the device failed, or for any other reason.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Modifying or reverse-engineering the App, or using unauthorized tools
- Manipulating leaderboard scores by improper means
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Any other conduct the Operator considers inappropriate
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its text, images, sounds, logos and other content belong to the Operator or the rightful owners.
8. Disclaimer
- The Operator does not guarantee that the App works correctly on every device or environment.
- The App may be changed, suspended or discontinued without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damage arising from use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
